Fresh Vegetables

When our homegrown vegetables are in season, our barns and farmstand are overflowing with “just picked” produce.  We are known for and take tremendous pride in providing high quality and fresh vegetables to our customers.  Our season begins in July when we begin to harvest our zucchini which is quickly followed by our cucumbers, green bell peppers, hot peppers, eggplant, patty pan squash and green beans.  Our farmstand is the best place to purchase your pickles by the bushel for your home canning.  Many of our vegetables are available by the pound, half bushel or bushel.  The tomato harvest begins in August.

In late August/early September we begin to harvest our fall produce: winter squash, pumpkins and Indian corn.

Tomatoes and other vegetables MUST be ordered the day before by the half-bushel and bushel when available.  Otherwise, vegetables will be available in farmstand .
